Shipping options & costs (EU)

We offer two shipping methods within the EU, plus free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

1) Express Delivery (EU)

• Cost: €24
• Estimated delivery time: Same day (when ordering before the Daily cut-off time)
  If you are in a hurry, choose Express. Please place your order before the cut-off time and we will do our best to ensure the delivery same day so that your research planning is not delayed.

2) Standard Delivery (EU)

• Cost: €19,50
• Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days
  Standard delivery is ideal if you are looking for a good balance between price and speed. In most cases, your order will be delivered 3 to 5 working days come.

3) Free Shipping (EU)

• Cost: Free
• From: Orders above €250
  For orders above €250 we take care of the shipping costs. This free shipping option applies for EU destinations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email (where available). This allows you to easily track the status of your shipment.

Q2: what are the delivery times per shipping option?

• Express (EU: same day (when ordering before cut-off)
• Standard (EU): usually 3-5 working days
• Free Shipping (EU): depending on the route, usually similar to standard delivery

Q3: when am I eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping applies to orders above €250 within the EU. Make sure that your order total is above this threshold; the shipping costs will then be automatically waived.

Q4: are orders packaged discreetly?
Okay. We think privacy is important. All packages are discreet and neutral packaged without external indications of the contents.

Q5: do you ship outside the EU?
No. Research Chem Supply ships exclusively within the EU.
